Meet Priya

With a background in Software Engineering, Priya understands firsthand what it feels like to live in a high-pressure, sedentary environment. Long hours at a desk and constant mental demands once led her to realize how easily health can be overlooked — until structured training transformed not just her body, but her clarity, confidence, and resilience.

That experience changed her path.

Today, Priya is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) International Certified Personal Trainer and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Sports Science, deepening her knowledge to better serve her clients, especially seniors who deserve safe, thoughtful, and individualized care.

For Priya, training is not about pushing limits aggressively.

It’s about rebuilding strength gently.

It’s about restoring confidence in movement.

It’s about helping seniors feel capable again.

She believes fitness should feel approachable, sustainable, and meaningful, particularly for individuals transitioning from sedentary lifestyles. Whether it’s improving balance, enhancing mobility, or simply regaining the confidence to move independently, Priya coaches with patience, empathy, and attention to detail.

Outside of coaching, she maintains her own routine through strength training and regular running, because she believes movement is one of the most powerful tools for staying mentally balanced and focused.

Her mission is simple:

To help individuals build a healthier relationship with movement, not just for short-term results, but for long-term vitality, independence, and quality of life.
