Meet Keith Chung
Keith Chung is the Founder and Head Coach of Prestige Fitness, a personal training studio dedicated to helping adults over 40 and seniors move better, get stronger, and enjoy a higher quality of life through science-based coaching.
With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Keith has helped many individuals rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence in their bodies through personalised training strategies. His coaching focuses on helping clients not only look better, but more importantly move well, stay independent, and continue doing the things they love as they age.
With a deep understanding of biomechanics, movement quality, and corrective exercise, Keith is able to identify the root causes of pain, stiffness, weakness, and movement limitations. His programs combine strength training, functional movement, and corrective strategies to help clients improve balance, posture, joint health, and overall physical performance in a safe and sustainable way
Coaching Philosophy:
“Exercise should help you move better, stay stronger, and live better for life.”
Who Keith Works Best With:
Keith works best with adults over 40 and seniors who are serious about improving their strength, mobility, body composition, and overall health. Many of his clients want to stay active, reduce aches and pains, prevent physical decline, and build a body that supports them for the long term.
Keith’s Vision for Prestige Fitness:
To become Malaysia’s leading active aging personal training studio, empowering adults over 40 and seniors to age with strength, confidence, mobility, and independence through premium, science-based coaching.
